This dvd covers Atienza Eskrima’s first two man drill, evolution 1. Watch as Atienza Eskrima instructors use basic Atienza evolution variations (isolations, 3 count feeder receiver sets) to train dynamic padwork and transfer the drill counts to combat applications.
